11 Best Yoga & Meditation Centers in Rishikesh
The Divine Life Society in Rishikesh was my very first visit a few years back to discuss my interest in Yoga, but I joined Yoga Study Centre for general classes and learnt Yoga under the guidance of Brahmacharya Rudra Dev – a senior Iyengar teacher. Later, I joined Omkarananda Ganga Sadan Patanjala Yoga Kendra for an 8-day intensive Yoga course under the guidance of Usha Devi and rejoined later for general classes for more than 15 days. Both teachers are well qualified, strict and with huge experience. It was like joining a school again. Rishikesh is also known as the Capital of Yoga. Shivananda Ashram is one of the oldest for Yoga.
