I was welcomed by a friend, Radhe (0-97858 85705), at Mathania – 36 km approx. from Jodhpur is famous for red chilies. Afternoon hours, Traditional Rajasthani Lunch – homemade food was served. And the menu:
Bajre ki Roti (Millet Flour Flatbread) with Ghee (clarified butter) and Gur (Jaggery), Masala Dahi (Spicy Curd), Lal Mirch ki Chutney – (Red Chilies Sauce), Gatte ki Sabzi (Gram Flour Curry).
