Dhari Village is on the banks of the Alaknanda River nearby Dhari Devi temple 15 km approx. from Srinagar in Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. It is said Pandava during the journey towards heaven visited and stayed at this location thus the village Dhari is also known as Dwapar Ka Dhari Gaon.
