Where is Indian Cuisine Cooked on a Wood Fire in Pushkar?

Shyam Ji Ka Dhaba (10 am – 12 night) cooks Indian Cuisine on a wood fire during dinner hours.

Shyam Ji Ka Dhaba is a 50-year-old Dhaba at Mahadev Chowk in Pushkar (Rajasthan).

I had one plate of rice + dal fry + one roti + mineral water and paid Rs. 190.

Food cooked on a wood fire I find the best. The taste is enhanced for sure.
