After taking his daily bath in the Holy Bein River, Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj used to sit here to recite Nitnem (daily routine) experience communion with the almighty.

Guru Ji spent 14 years, 9 months, and 13 days of his life, thus meditating, at this place.
