I reached Ellora Caves from Zostel (Adalat Road) – 28 km via auto and then via a smart city bus.

I hired a shared auto from Zostel (Adalat Road) for Rs. 20 to reach Central Bus Stand (popularly known as CBS).

Upon query at the bus stand, I was told that opposite the Central Bus Stand, Bus (white color) number 42 is parked, which will take you to Daulatabad Fort, Tomb of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb, Ellora Caves, and Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga.

The bus fare I paid from the Central Bus Stand to Ellora Caves was Rs. 50 only/-.

The travel time between the Central Bus Stand to Ellora Caves was 1 hour.

The road condition between the Central Bus Stand and Ellora Caves was excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed the journey. The last bus from Ellora Caves for CBS is at 7:50 p.m.
