Evening hours chanting singing of bhajans, Chappan Bhog Bhandara (56 types of food including sweets offered to Radha Krishna and served to devotees) and with folded hands prayers to God. A wish – organizing again & again each year. Thus, ends Braj Chaurasi Kos Yatra. Devotees as per their wish offer clothes, donation.

Our tour was hectic because each day the tour started from Vrindavan city by private vehicles i.e., car, mini-bus and back to Vrindavan by evening hours which made few devotees tiring but I am happy for organizers because it was the first yatra for them.

The best months, if I have to say for Braj Chaurasi Kos Yatra will be November, December, January, February, March.

Upon the query I was told by organizers the charges for 24 hours private four wheel vehicle is around Rs. 3000 – 3500. Even for mini-bus the price is the same. Regarding accommodation there are numerous budget accommodation available within Vrindavan starting from Rs. 200 per night. Regarding food we had very good homemade breakfast, lunch, dinner and specially Rajasthani food at a restaurant at Krishna Kutir, near Narayan Ashram, Raman Reti.

Note: Do not forget to carry own water bottles, fruits during the tour.

Yes, there are numerous organizers organizing Braj Chaurasi Kos Yatra but yes, the one I did was organized by dear friend Ram Krishna. Though I haven’t completed the entire journey due to health reasons but from the bottom of heart I want to say: Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to organizers. And Yes, not to forget – Thanks to all devotees as well as friendly drivers of the vehicles. Without all of you the tour was not possible.

You know what I am missing is Holi at Barsana. The best – They say.

The wish is to complete Braj Chaurasi Kos Yatra in years to come.
